Where does one get the time???

So, here it is May and actually almost June and if you look at the dates, you’ll see no new posts since APRIL. This is partly because I need to better organize what I’m doing. I have so many things running through my head that I want to accomplish, that many times I accomplish nothing. Have you ever done that? You think, “Oh, I really want to write this and make this and go do this,” but then it’s like “but which to do first? I’ll just sit and play some Collapse for a bit.” Then, it’s bedtime.
It’s only going to get worse. I go back to school in the fall. For those of you that don’t know (and why would you, unless you know me?) I am an account for a non-profit so I can pay my bills, but I have been going to college part time for about 7 years! Yes, 7. If I’m honest, I went for a few semesters in my early teens, took a hiatus and went back in my late 20s. I’ve changed my major sooo many times: Interpreter for the Deaf to History to Nursing, back to History to Graphic Design to Sculpture and finally have settled on Liberal Arts. I’ve taken a semester each of Sign Language, German and Chinese and THREE of Spanish! I’m pretty well rounded when it comes to school. But I may actually be able to complete my Bachelor’s by Yule of 2014 in this new program.
My goal for this summer, become organized. Write up some outlines to go with the list of blog ideas and turn them into blogs. Get a new sewing machine so I can actually get the Funmentionable out into my Etsy store (www.etsy.com/shop/SkapandeMe), which currently only has some skirts, cloaks and drawstring bags (ON CLEARANCE – see the above mentioned new sewing machine). Get my ideas on paper WHEN they happen, that way I’m not getting upset later when I can’t remember what that AWESOME idea was. Thanks for sticking around. I promise great things to come, and mayhaps fun things like freebies, discounts, JOKES, and reference to obscure geek fun!
